-----------------------\\ General Terms of Booking Riad Anabel //--------------------------
♦ Booking procedure :

After having received a booking form or an information request, Riad Anabel reply to you offering availabilites and diferent options of stays, we also explain how to secure the booking.
As soon as Riad Anabel and guests do agree about the terms, dates of the reservation, and the total amount of the stay, we start the process which consist in a deposit of 50% the full amount of the booking. We only confirm the reservation when we get this deposit ( or the proof of it ) that we take either with a bank transfer or a credit card payment.

1 ) Bank transfer :

Riad Anabel send the account number and set a period to process while we keep the stay in option. Further to this period, Riad Anabel reserve the right to offer all or a part of these dates to another request.
As soon as we get the receipt o fthe transfer ( that you can send through fax or Scan ) or the transfer itself, Riad Anabel confirm the booking definitively within the following 24h by another e-mail.

2 ) Credit Card :

Riad Anabel send you a form that you have to fill out and send us back through fax or scan. This form allow us to charge the deposit on your credit card numbers. During this process we also set a period while we keep the stay for you in option.
As soon as we get this document, Riad Eden confirm the booking definitively within the following 24h by another e-mail.
Through this way of securing the reservation, we pay for the fees usually charged ( + 4% ) on all the credit card payment
We do accept the following sort of card for the deposit : Visa Card - Master Card.

Nota :
♦ On the 24th and 31st of December: Christmas and New year's Eve Dinners are imposed
♦ Except exceptional circumstances, all the bookings have to be done by e-mail.

This procee is a guaranty of our serious and professionalism which make the réputation of our Guests House.

All the payment have to be done we you arrive at the Riad. We can do this through 2 diferent ways :
Cash :
We do accept the following currencies : Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, Pounds, Dollars US. For each currency, we do use the daily rate provided by the "Al Maghreb Bank".
Credit Card:
We do accept : Carte Visa . Master Card .


All the payment by credit card in the Riad are charged with a 4% comission of the outstanding amount.

♦ Riad Anabel Policy Cancellation :
For a cancellation anounced 21 days and more before the beginning of the stay, Riad Anabel refund all the deposit at short notice.

Cancellation period and Cancellation fees :

♦ + 21 Days before the beginning of the stay => 0 % of the total amount
♦ From D – 20 To D - 11 => 50 % of the total amount
♦ From D – 10 the beginning of the stay => 100 % of the total amount
♦ No-Show => 100 % of the total amount

Within the last 21 days before the beginning of the stay, and if a guest who want to modify one of the terms mentionned on the booking confirmation e-mail, Riad Anabel reserve the right to refuse every change or to cancel the boooking without refunding any deposit.
